One to One Tutoring
We offer the option of a one-to-one training course for registrants who may feel more comfortable about having the undivided attention of the tutor. This could be for a number of factors, such as having English as a second language and they want to work on understanding the Irish dialect which helps with patient conversations and interactions.
You have all the benefits of the class training, but we cover the course at your own pace and also cater for other requests which may not be covered under the scope of the curriculum for the group training.
Group Tutoring
We offer training in groups a classroom setting we restrict the class size, to maintain the quality of teaching and to maximise the value for our registrants. We offer this training across Ireland. Fill out the enquiry form, for more information on the date of our next class.
Technology Training
We also offer the option for all registrants of our one day course to attend a training session with the vendors of computer systems used in community pharmacy practice in Ireland, at no additional cost to registrant of the one day course.
Support Post Training for 180 days
At Excellent Pharmacist Academy, we are fully conscious of the fact that in practice,there are complicated issues that occur, in which you will need advice on, to make you reach the best decision in terms of patient safety and also complying with legal boundaries set by the law. We offer a 180 day free phone line service, where you can call for advice for up to 6 months after your training day.
Shadowing Day
We know that everyone consumes and learns information at different rates, especially when it comes to learning about professional duties. With this in mind, we have the option of placing registrants of the course in shadowing days ,with experienced Irish pharmacists, for them to apply the knowledge they have learnt, and also to help boost confidence.
Job and Locum Leads
We can arrange for you to be set up with the locum agencies in Ireland as soon as you are ready, and you could be working as soon as the next day !
